How much does it cost to attend PASS BA Day?
The cost is US$595. This includes one full-day session in either the Data Visualization or the Advanced Analytics tracks, lunch and a morning coffee break.
Will lunch be provided?
Yes, a boxed lunch will be provided with various selections. All lunch selections, including limited vegetarian options, will be available on a first-come, first served basis and cannot be pre-arranged. If you have any special dietary considerations, you will need to provide your own lunch as we are not able to accommodate these.
Will internet and power be available?
Wifi is available but with limited bandwidth. No downloading during session. Power is available but it is recommended that your laptop battery is fully-charged.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Driving: To the Aon Center Parking Garage
From the North:
Lake Shore Drive South to the Randolph Drive exit. Turn right. Drive two blocks to Columbus Drive. Turn right on Columbus. Make the first left, which is Lake Street. The entrance to the garage is on the left side of Lake Street.
From the South:
Lake Shore Drive North to Randolph Drive exit. Turn left. Drive two blocks to Columbus Drive. At the stoplight turn right immediately into the left lane. Drive one block to Lake Street. At the stoplight turn left. Drive one-half block. The entrance to the garage is on the left side of Lake Street.
From the West (I-90/I-94-Dan Ryan/O’Hare Airport):
Ohio Street exit east to LaSalle. Turn right on LaSalle. Drive two blocks to Illinois and turn left. Drive 9 blocks (1/2 mile) on Illinois and turn right on Columbus. Drive 4 blocks to Lake Street - you will go under the bridge. Turn right on Lake Street. Drive one-half block. The entrance to the garage is on the left side of Lake Street.
From the West (I-290-Eisenhower):
Congress east to Columbus Drive (turn left). Drive about 1.5 miles. One block past Randolph Drive to Lake Street (turn left). Entrance to the parking garage is located on the left side of Lake Street.
All of Chicago’s elevated train system lines have stations that are within walking distance of the Aon Center. Please visit CTA’s website at www.transitchicago.com for a system map.
The Washington stop is located on Dearborn between Washington and Randolph.
Red, Brown, Purple, Green and Orange Lines:
The closest stop is located two blocks west on Wabash and Randolph.
There are many buses available to the Aon Center tenants. A detailed bus schedule can be printed by visiting the CTA’s website at www.transitchicago.com.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Substitutions for paid registrants may be made up to 15 days prior to the conference date. Written notice is required, and for complete accuracy, must include all pertinent changes for the substituting attendee; no payment changes will be permitted to the original attendee’s credit card.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can as long as it is 15 days prior to the event. Please login to your Eventbrite account and update as needed. No changes can be made to the original payment at any time.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You do not need to bring a printed ticket. We will be providing you with a badge at the event, however, you must bring photo I.D to claim your badge.
What is the refund policy?
NO REFUNDS will be issued for any cancellation for any reason outside of what is outlined in the registration disclaimer within this agreement.
REGISTRATION DISCLAIMER: If any circumstances or events beyond the control of PASS causes cancellation of all or any portion of the event, PASS agrees to refund any portion of the registration fee for which PASS is reimbursed by insurance or another third party and shall not be liable for any other refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liability or damages arising from the event.

No changes will be permitted to a payment made on a credit card at any time (i.e. refunding fees charged on the credit card used in the original transaction and recharging the fees on an alternate credit card will not be permitted.)
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
The name on the registration MUST match the attendee. Registration substitutions are allowed up to 15 days prior to the event date, but must follow the guidelines outlined in our refund policy.
